Blanket Cash Deposits. Contractor may make cash deposits under a written agreement to cover charges made under this and other contracts within the same National Forest. Forest Service shall allocate such de- posits to such contracts. When there is to be no timber cutting hereunder for 30 days or more and payment of current charges has been made, the allocation to this contract shall be reallocated to other contracts within the same National Forest at Contractor’s request. Contractor shall not start cutting until allocation has again been made to this contract.

  • Cash Deposits Within the limitations of this Subsection, Purchaser shall make cash deposits to meet Purchaser’s obligations within 15 days of billing by Forest Service. Deposits shall be made to Forest Service, U.S.D.A., by mail or delivery to the address to be fur- nished by Forest Service. Forest Service shall explain the bill at the time it requests each deposit.

  • Operating Account To the extent funds are not required to be placed in a lockbox pursuant to any Loan Documents, Property Manager shall deposit all rents and other funds collected from the operation of the Property in a reputable bank or financial institution in a special trust or depository account or accounts for the Property maintained by Property Manager for the benefit of the Company (such accounts, together with any interest earned thereon, shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Operating Account”). Property Manager shall maintain books and records of the funds deposited in and withdrawals from the Operating Account. With funds from Company, Property Manager shall maintain the Operating Account so that an amount at least as great as the budgeted expenses for such month is in the Operating Account as of the first of each month. From the Operating Account, Property Manager shall pay the operating expenses of the Property and any other payments relative to the Property as required by this Agreement. If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.

  • Unused Escrow Funds In the event that a Closing does not occur when required under the Contract, or in the event that the Closing does occur but Escrow Funds remain in an account with Escrow Agent, the Escrow Agent shall notify OPWC in writing promptly thereafter. After receipt of such notice, OPWC shall deliver written instructions to Escrow Agent directing Escrow Agent’s release of the Escrow Funds. Immediately upon Escrow Agent’s receipt of such notice from OPWC, Escrow Agent shall release the Escrow Funds, or balance thereof, in accordance with OPWC’s written instructions.

  • Delinquent Accounts Collections: In the event GROUP’s account becomes delinquent, SHOP shall undertake collections per State Accounting Manual (XXX) Section 8776.6 (non-employee accounts receivable).

  • Reserve Account (a) On the Closing Date, the Seller shall deposit the Specified Reserve Balance into the Reserve Account. Amounts held from time to time in the Reserve Account shall be held by the Trust Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Noteholders.

  • Xxxxxxx Money Deposit (a) Within three (3) Business Days after the full execution and delivery of this Contract, Buyer shall deposit the sum of Three Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($300,000.00) in cash, certified bank check or by wire transfer of immediately available funds (the “Initial Deposit”) with the Title Company, as escrow agent (“Escrow Agent”), which sum shall be held by Escrow Agent as xxxxxxx money.   • CUSTODIAL ACCOUNTS It is agreed that all accounts opened under the Uniform Gift to Minors Act (UGMA), the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act (UTMA), or similar state statutes will be properly created and that all property so transferred will be done in compliance with such applicable statutes. There will be good faith reliance upon the instructions given, representations made and actions taken by a transferor or custodian. Further, the custodian represents and warrants that the assets in the account belong to the minor and that all such assets, whether or not transferred out of the UGMA or UTMA account, will only be used for the benefit of the minor.

  • Interest on Deposit Liabilities The Assuming Institution agrees that, from and after Bank Closing, it will accrue and pay interest on Deposit liabilities assumed pursuant to Section 2.1 at a rate(s) it shall determine; provided, that for non-transaction Deposit liabilities such rate(s) shall not be less than the lowest rate offered by the Assuming Institution to its depositors for non-transaction deposit accounts. The Assuming Institution shall permit each depositor to withdraw, without penalty for early withdrawal, all or any portion of such depositor's Deposit, whether or not the Assuming Institution elects to pay interest in accordance with any deposit agreement formerly existing between the Failed Bank and such depositor; and further provided, that if such Deposit has been pledged to secure an obligation of the depositor or other party, any withdrawal thereof shall be subject to the terms of the agreement governing such pledge. The Assuming Institution shall give notice to such depositors as provided in Section 5.3 of the rate(s) of interest which it has determined to pay and of such withdrawal rights.

  • Settlement Account 4.1 The Scheduling Coordinator shall maintain at all times an account with a bank capable of Fed-Wire transfer to which credits or debits shall be made in accordance with the billing and Settlement provisions of Section 11 of the CAISO Tariff. Such account shall be the account as notified by the Scheduling Coordinator to the CAISO from time to time by giving at least 20 days written notice before the new account becomes operational, together with all information necessary for the CAISO's processing of a change in that account.
