Common use of Blanket Insurance Clause in Contracts

Blanket Insurance. The insurance to be provided by Landlord or Tenant may be provided under a blanket insurance policy; provided, however, that in no event shall the protection afforded by the blanket insurance policy be less than that required under this Lease.
