Common use of Blanket Policies and Policies Covering Multiple Locations Clause in Contracts

Blanket Policies and Policies Covering Multiple Locations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article, Lessee’s obligations to carry the casualty insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Lessee; provided, however, that the coverage afforded Lessor will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be different from that which would exist under a separate policy for each Facility meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and provided further that the requirements of this Article XIII are otherwise satisfied. For any liability policies covering one or more of the Facilities or any other facilities in addition to the Facilities, Lessor may require excess limits as Lessor reasonably determines.
