Blanket Policies and Policies Covering Multiple Locations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section, Tenant’s obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant; provided, however, that the coverage afforded Landlord will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be different from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and provided further that the requirements of this Section are otherwise satisfied. For any liability policies covering any other facilities in addition to the Premises, Landlord may require excess limits as Landlord reasonably determines.
