Blanket Policies; Self-Insurance. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent either party from satisfying its insurance obligations pursuant to this Agreement (a) under a blanket policy or policies of insurance that meet or exceed the requirements of this Article or (b) with respect to the insurance required in Sections 12.1(b) and (c), with the consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, self-insurance.
