Updating of Specifications. Xxxxxxxx may revise these Cable Installation Specifications to include new procedures, materials, or processes so long as the changes achieve the objectives of the specifications set forth above and are in accordance with, or superior to, then-current telecommunications industry standards. EXHIBIT G Transmission Site Specifications All Transmission Sites shall have redundant HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) units each capable of handling the site's full HVAC load. All unattended (unmanned) Transmission Sites shall have a minimum of eight (8) hours' battery reserve. All attended Transmission Sites without an on-site generator shall have a minimum of eight (8) hours' battery reserve. If there is no generator on site, Xxxxxxxx shall have a portable generator at the Transmission Site within eight (8) hours of a power failure. All attended Transmission Sites with an on-site generator shall have a minimum of four (4) hours' battery reserve. All on-site generators shall be capable of powering the total site for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours. All generators shall have auto-start and auto-load transfer capabilities. All generators shall be inspected, tested, and refueled (to replace consumed fuel) once per month. Xxxxxxxx shall use approximately forty-mile spacing between Transmission Sites (or between a Transmission Site and a point of presence or System end point), except where geographic factors dictate shorter spacing. All Transmission Site buildings shall be grounded with a target specification of 5 ohms or less. The Cable sheath will be exposed and grounded, typically at least fifty (50) cable feet before the entrance to the building transition of outside plant to inside plant cabling. EXHIBIT H As-Built Drawing Specifications 1. As-Built Alignment Sheets Survey information (either from existing data or new information) shall be put on drawings. Drawings shall contain cable information, splice locations, assist point locations with permanent structures, survey stations, conduit information, Transmission Site locations, and optical distances to the nearest Transmission Sites from each splice location. Drawings shall be updated with actual field data during and after construction. Metropolitan area scales shall not exceed 1" = 200'. Non-metropolitan area scales shall not exceed 1" = 500'. FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made by and between XXXXXXXX COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Xxxxxxxx Communications"), METROMEDIA FIBER NATIONAL NETWORK, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Lessee") and METROMEDIA FIBER NETWORK SERVICES, INC. ("MFNS") a Delaware corporation. Background Lessee and Xxxxxxxx Communications are parties to the Lease Agreement dated April 26, 2002 (the "Agreement"). On May 20, 2002, Lessee and most of its direct and indirect domestic subsidiaries, including MFNS, each filed voluntary petitions for reorganization pursuant to Chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code. (the "Bankruptcy Code") with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court") and Lessee is currently operating its business and managing its property as a debtor-in-possession. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement in accordance with the terms set forth in this Amendment.

A copy of any such revised specifications shall be provided to CTC in a reasonably prompt manner. EXHIBIT E OPERATIONS SPECIFICATIONS, MAINTENANCE THIS EXHIBIT E is attached to and made a part of that certain Dark Fiber IRU Agreement dated as of March 31, 2000, by and between Williams xxx XXX ("Agreement"). Capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth for such terms in the Agreement.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Changes to Specifications All Specifications and any changes thereto agreed to by the parties from time to time shall be in writing, dated and signed by the parties. Any change to the Process shall be deemed a Specification change. No change in the Specifications shall be implemented by Catalent, whether requested by Client or requested or required by any Regulatory Authority, until the parties have agreed in writing to such change, the implementation date of such change, and any increase or decrease in costs, expenses or fees associated with such change (including any change to Unit Pricing). Catalent shall respond promptly to any request made by Client for a change in the Specifications, and both parties shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to agree to the terms of such change in a timely manner. As soon as possible after a request is made for any change in Specifications, Catalent shall notify Client of the costs associated with such change and shall provide such supporting documentation as Client may reasonably require. Client shall pay all costs associated with such agreed upon changes. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Specifications, this Agreement shall control. Catalent reserves the right to postpone effecting changes to the Specifications until such time as the parties agree to and execute the required written amendment.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.
