BLET Operations. As provided by its Bylaws, the BLET shall have responsibility and authority over the activities of its affiliated Local Divisions, General Committees of Adjustment and State Legislative Boards. Except as explicitly modified by the BLET Bylaws, the BLET shall retain and main- tain the same responsibility and authority as the IBLE with respect to IBLE operations and subordinate bodies.
