Board Assumption of Superintendent’s INPRS Employee Contribution & Reporting to INPRS. In addition to the other compensation provided to the Superintendent by this Paragraph of this Contract, the Board shall make any contribution to the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS) that would otherwise be required to be paid by the Superintendent. All payments to the Superintendent coming within the definition ofannual compensation” as defined in Ind. Code 5-10.2-4-3[c] shall be included in the Superintendent’s compensation reported to the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS). The parties agree that the amounts made available to the Superintendent as additional basic salary pursuant to Sub-section A. titled “Annual Salary” and Sub-section G. titled “Auto Allowance” shall be subject to state and federal taxes and shall therefore be included in the Superintendent’s “annual compensation” as reported to the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS) for purposes of the calculation of the Superintendent’s “average of annual compensation” as defined at Ind. Code 5-10.2-4-3(b).

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Transition from Existing Evaluation System A) The parties may agree that 50% of more of Educators in the district will be evaluated under the new procedures at the outset of this Agreement, and 50% or fewer will be evaluated under the former evaluation procedures for the first year of implementation of the new procedures in this Agreement.

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
