Common use of BOARD/COMMITTEE DECISION Clause in Contracts

BOARD/COMMITTEE DECISION. As soon as possible following the hearing the Board or a Committee of the Board will confirm, vary, or reject the action(s) taken and/or recommended and, not later than seven (7) days after the hearing, will advise the Surrey Teachers’ Association member and the Surrey Teachers’ Association, in writing, of the Committee's decision. After the decision has been communicated to the Surrey Teachers’ Association member and the Surrey Teachers’ Association, the decision may be released to other persons who may be affected.
