Common use of Board Contract Manager Clause in Contracts

Board Contract Manager. The Board's Contract Manager is: 1. Verify receipt of deliverables from the Contractor; 2. Review, verify, and approve invoices from the Contractor; 3. Maintain a Contract Management file; 4. Serve as the liaison between the Board and the Contractor; 5. Monitor and evaluate the Contractor's performance; 6. Assist Contract Administration in processing all amendments, renewals, and terminations of this Contract; and 7. Evaluate Contractor performance upon completion of the overall Contract. This evaluation will be placed on file and considered if the Contract is subsequently used as a reference in future procurements.
