Board Meeting Notices, Agenda and Support Materials. The Board shall provide the Association a notice of all regular and special meetings at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time of the meeting, unless an emergency meeting is held. The Board will attempt to notify the President of the Association and the Vice President prior to any emergency meeting(s). Meeting notices will be delivered by campus email as appropriate to the President of the Association and the Vice President. The Board shall provide the Association a copy of the meeting agenda and support materials at the regular, special, or emergency meetings when such materials are discussed publicly.
