Board Meeting. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached at Level Two, the OESP shall file a copy of the grievance with the Board within fifteen (15) days of the Superintendent’s written decision at Level Two. The Employee, the OESP representative, the Superintendent or his/her designee and the Board shall meet at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting to resolve the grievance, provided the grievance was filed seven (7) days prior to the Board meeting. Otherwise, the grievance will be heard at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. The Board shall make a decision on the grievance and communicate it in writing within fifteen (15) days to the Employee, the OESP, the Principal or Supervisor and the Superintendent.
