Board to Recognize. Acknowledging the changing work environment and the general need for more specific and higher level skills in the modern-day school district work force, the Board will recognize bargaining unit employees who improve their employment skills through formal education beyond that training which is necessary to maintain the employee's current level of employment; e.g., boiler license, CDL, foreign language, sign language, educational aide permits, etc.
