Bidding on Extra Trips Conflicting with Mid-Day Contracts. Bargaining unit Drivers and Assistants who hold a mid-day contract within the District (kindergarten/pre-school/mid-day Drivers and Assistants) shall be allowed to bid on extra trips which would otherwise conflict with their mid-day contract. This provision shall not apply to Article 21.10 “Unscheduled/Emergency Trip List.” Bargaining unit employees who hold a mid-day contract within the District (kindergarten/pre-school/mid-day Drivers and Assistants) cannot bid on “unscheduled/emergency trips.”
