Boat Slip Clause Samples
A Boat Slip clause defines the terms under which a tenant or property owner is granted the right to use a designated space for docking a boat. This clause typically specifies the location, permitted uses, duration, and any associated fees or maintenance responsibilities for the boat slip. For example, it may outline whether the slip is included with a rental unit or requires a separate agreement, and detail rules regarding boat size or insurance requirements. The core function of this clause is to clearly allocate rights and responsibilities related to boat slip usage, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their obligations.
