Common use of BOEING FURNISHED Clause in Contracts

BOEING FURNISHED. TOOLING In the event Boeing furnishes Tooling to Seller to support the delivery of Product(s), Seller shall comply with the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Blanket Tooling Purchase Control Order established with Seller who possess or controls Tooling. No repair, replacement or rework required shall be performed without Boeing's prior written consent. Boeing shall notify Seller of, what if any, action shall be required for all discrepant Tooling.
