Common use of Boilermaker Clause in Contracts

Boilermaker. millwright, ironworker, reinforc- ing steel erector, crane operator and pile setter: Regardless of the provisions of Article 23.09 1) a) and b), one of the following compensation amounts shall apply to an employee from such trades and occupations: • $18.88 when the employee’s residence is located more than 48 kilometres from the job site. • $32.65 when the employee’s residence is located more than 72 kilometres from the job site. • $36.94 when the employee’s residence is located more than 88 kilometres from the job site.
