Bomber Jacket. Two years after the initial issuance and every two years thereafter, operators shall receive a winter jacket or a trench coat at the employee's option. Notwithstanding the foregoing if, in the opinion of management, as a result of accidental damage or abnormal wear and tear, clothing may be replaced at times other than the foregoing schedule.
