Landlord shall have the right to require Tenant to furnish a payment bond or other security in form satisfactory to Landlord for the prompt and faithful payment of all costs and expenses incurred in the performance of Xxxxxx’s Work. Tenant shall be responsible for promptly discharging any mechanics’ liens recorded against the Center.
