Bonnechere Manor. The Employer will provide pension coverage for nurses under the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Act. Eligible part-time nurses may participate in the pension plan. Where a full-time nurse transfers to a part-time position, or a part-time nurse elects to join the plan, such O.M.E.R.S. contributions as the Employer may be required to continue to pay shall be deducted from the amount paid to the nurse in lieu of welfare benefits.
