Common use of Bonus for Bachelor’s Degree Clause in Contracts

Bonus for Bachelor’s Degree. Employees who earn a bachelor’s degree after completion of at least one full year of employment as members of this FVCC bargaining unit, shall receive a one-time bonus of three percent of the annual pay rate which was in effect at the time the degree was awarded as shown on their official transcript submitted to the Human Resources Office.
