Common use of Bonus Program Clause in Contracts

Bonus Program. The Employee will be eligible to participate in an executive bonus program to be established by the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to which the Employee may earn up to 40% of the Employee's base salary in any year. The bonus program will include a combination of annual performance benchmarks and long-term benchmarks for both the Employee and the Company.
