Bonus Plan. Such bonus, if any, as shall be determined upon the recommendation of the CEO by the Board (or any designated Committee of the Board comprised solely of independent directors), shall be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonus plan established for the Company (“Bonus Plan”).
Bonus Plan. Executive shall be a participant in the Company’s annual bonus plan subject to the attainment of performance objectives and other provisions of such plan in effect each year of this Agreement.
Bonus Plan. In addition to his base salary, the Executive shall be entitled to receive a bonus under the Corporation's bonus plan in effect from time to time determined in the manner, at the time, and in the amounts set forth under such plan.

The Company shall adopt a bonus program providing for annual bonus awards to Executive and the Company's other eligible employees dependent upon, among other things, the achievement of certain performance levels by the Company, the nature, magnitude and quality of the services performed by Executive for the Company and the compensation paid for positions of comparable responsibility and authority within the Company's industry (the "COMPANY EMPLOYEE BONUS PLAN").
Bonus Plan. The annual target bonus is 30% of base salary with potential to exceed that if and when the company exceeds its Annual Operating Plan criteria. This award is at the discretion of the Company's President. The Bonus Plan may be adjusted from time to time as directed by the Company's President.
Bonus Plan. You will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus pursuant to the Company’s Senior Executive Cash Incentive Bonus Plan, as it may be amended from time to time, with an individual “target bonus opportunity” for purposes of such plan of 35% of your base salary.
Bonus Plan. Executive may be entitled to participate in the Company’s employee bonus plans as may be authorized by the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) from time to time (any bonus paid pursuant to such plans, the “Bonus”). For calendar year 2013, Executive’s annual aggregate target bonus base (the “Bonus Base”) will be equal to 40% of Executive’s then current Base Salary. The Bonus objectives will be created by the CEO, after consultation with Executive. The Bonus shall be less statutory and other authorized deductions and withholdings and payable at the times when other management bonuses are paid. Executive must be an employee at the time that Bonuses are paid to be eligible to receive a Bonus.
Bonus Plan. If Buyer does not close the IPO of its equity securities by June 30, 1999, Buyer will implement a cash bonus plan designed to reward employees on the basis of the performance of the divisions or subsidiaries of Buyer in which they work. Amounts payable under, and other terms of, any such plan will be subject to restrictions imposed by Buyer's lenders, Buyer's capital investment requirements, and preservation of adequate working capital.
Bonus Plan. Employee shall be eligible to receive a bonus ----------- annually, based on Employee's and the Company's financial performance, in the discretion of the Board of Directors.
Bonus Plan. Executive/Employee subjected to regular bonus scheme, individual depending on performance, for each processed order, confirmed by supervisor/administrative department. Payments subjected to the bonus plan shall be paid on a monthly basis.
