Bonuses; Additional Compensation. Executive will be eligible to receive bonuses and to participate in compensation plans of the Employer in accordance with any plan or decision that the Board, or any committee or other person authorized by the Board, may in its sole discretion determine from time to time. For the Employer's 2018 fiscal year, Executive's bonus will be equal to 30%, 50% and 100% of Base Salary for threshold, target and maximum levels of performance, respectively, and will be pro-rated for the period of Executive's employment with the Employer during the fiscal year.
