Book of Business and Commission Assignment Rights. Subject to the requirements of Section C(15) in Exhibit A, Agency may transfer all or part of its Book of Business to another Agency or Agent certified by Covered California. The assignee will receive commissions once the transfer has been completed as specified in Section C(15).
