Agent Services. 2.3.4.1 Party B shall provide customs clearance, trade documents preparation, inspection and data processing Services for materials imported or exported by Party A, select, evaluate and negotiate with potential contractors for Party A’s construction projects and overseas equipment suppliers and draft related contracts.
Agent Services. Agent will perform the following services for Company: · Acting on the study, analysis and knowledge of the product described above, formulate and recommend a media plan to the Company and coordinate the execution of such a plan as directed by the Company. · Check and verify insertions, displays, broadcasts or other means used. · Audit invoices for space and time and other marketing services performed on Company’s behalf. · Coordinate creative and copy development, direct mail services, literature fulfillment, commercial printing, list management, list brokering, efficiency analysis and other similar activities.
Agent Services. To the extent and where permitted by applicable law and during the term of this Agreement, ACE shall provide the following Agent Services at the Participating Stores (as hereinafter defined) during their normal business hours:

Agent Services. To furnish the services of the Agent as agent for the Strata Corporation in assisting the Strata Council in managing the business affairs of the Strata Corporation;
Agent Services. (a) The Trust appoints the Manager to provide administrative services as provided in Part B of this agreement, including transfer agent services as provided in Part C of this agreement, to the Trust for its series designated Pearl Total Return Fund and Pearl Aggressive Growth Fund (each, a “Fund”), and the Manager accepts that appointment and agrees to perform the duties stated in this agreement, for the period and on the terms set forth in this agreement.

From and after its receipt of such written notice, and upon subsequent Bankruptcy Court order approving the arrangement, Agent, on an exclusive basis, shall negotiate on behalf of Merchant with the lessors under the Leases, redevelop Stores if and as applicable and market Stores to potential occupants and users thereof.
Agent Services. Commencing on the Effective Date, Agent shall commence performance of the Agent Services as provided in and in conformance with the requirements and restrictions of this Agreement.
