BOOKING DATES. The Arrival Date and Departure Date for the Booking may be recorded in the booking confirmation and are as agreed between the Host and the Guest.

BOOKING DATES. Rooms are booked to a single resident for a fixed period. On the day of departure, we expect the room to be vacated (in accordance with paragraph 26). There is no automatic right to extend your stay in any room, regardless of the circumstances. Where a request for an extended stay is made (depending on availability), we will: extend the departure date, if the room in question is available for the extended period required; the current Licence Agreement will be extended; or should the room in question not be available, use our best endeavours to provide another room – depending on availability; the current Licence Agreement will be extended. Note that the available room may not be in the same block or vicinity as the current room.
