BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. a. The Agent will ensure that details of the BDV’s booking terms and conditions set out in this link (Booking Terms and Conditions) are provided to any Guest or potential Guest before any booking is confirmed. The Booking Terms and Conditions form part of this contract and the Agent agrees to abide by such Booking Terms and Conditions and to ensure that the Guests agree to abide by such Booking Terms and Conditions.
