Booking Terms and Conditions. a. The Agent will ensure that details of the BDV’s booking terms and conditions set out in this link (Booking Terms and Conditions) are provided to any Guest or potential Guest before any booking is confirmed. The Booking Terms and Conditions form part of this contract and the Agent agrees to abide by such Booking Terms and Conditions and to ensure that the Guests agree to abide by such Booking Terms and Conditions. b. The Agent will procure that a copy of the on-line Booking details is completed/acknowledged by the principal Guest which in turn accepts the BDV Terms & Conditions. c. Where there are any policies or guidelines relating to a particular Property BDV will make the Agent aware of these and in turn the Agent will make the Guests aware of these. Guests will be required by the Agent to adhere to any such policies or guidelines.
