Making a Booking. 2.1 A Hirer may contact the Company either by email or telephone to make a Booking Enquiry whereupon the Hirer shall provide the Company with the following information:- 2.1.1 the name of the Holiday Accommodation they would like to hire; 2.1.2 the dates on which they would like to hire the Holiday Accommodation; 2.1.3 their name, address, contact telephone number and email address; 2.1.4 confirmation that they are aged 21 years or over; 2.1.5 the number of individuals in the Group; and 2.1.6 whether there are to be any pets accompanying the Group and if so, how many. 2.2 A Hirer may, for some Holiday Accommodation, make a Booking Enquiry online via the Website by following the on screen instructions. The Website indicates which Holiday Accommodation this option is applicable to. 2.3 Once the Hirer has made the Booking Enquiry the Company shall acknowledge receipt of this. The Company shall check the availability of the chosen Holiday Accommodation. Although the Company may confirm that the Holiday Accommodation is available to hire and may pay any monies paid by a Hirer into its bank account, the Booking shall not be binding until the Company writes to the Hirer to confirm the Booking and the Hirer pays a Deposit to the Company. 2.4 The written confirmation will show the Booking details, the Price for the Booking, the amount of the Deposit and whether a Security Deposit is payable. As soon as the Hirer receives its confirmation, it must check the details carefully and if anything is not correct, it should inform the Company immediately. 2.5 The Hirer should pay the Deposit forthwith upon receiving the confirmation. The Company will reserve the Holiday Accommodation for one week from the date of the confirmation to allow the Hirer to pay the Deposit (by cheque or bank transfer). If no payment (in cleared funds) is received in this time, the Holiday Accommodation will be marked as available for hire. 2.6 The Company has the right to refuse any booking before it sends written confirmation out to a Hirer. If the Company wishes to do this, it will inform the Xxxxx in writing and promptly refund any money paid to it. In this case, neither the Company nor the Owner will have any legal responsibility to the Hirer.

Making a Booking. (a) You must not use or access a Vehicle without holding a valid Booking to use that Vehicle. If applicable, you will only make a business Booking if you have express authority from your employer to do so. (b) A valid Booking can be made by you (or someone you authorise on your behalf) via the KINTO App or as otherwise agreed by XXXXX. (c) You agree to comply with all conditions of your Booking, including but not limited to the particular Vehicle you will use, the type of Booking and the time, date and duration of your Booking. (d) At the commencement of your Booking, you must inspect the Vehicle for any damage or unsatisfactory condition (for example, the Vehicle is not clean or has less than a quarter of a tank of fuel). (e) If there is any damage, you must check whether this has been recorded in the KINTO App. If it has not been recorded, you must report the damage using the KINTO App before using the Vehicle. If you fail to report the damage, you may be held responsible for the damage. (f) If the Vehicle is in an unsatisfactory condition, you must report this using the KINTO App before using the Vehicle. If you fail to report the unsatisfactory condition, you may be held responsible for all costs associated with bringing the car back to a satisfactory condition. (g) Bookings can be made for a minimum period of one hour and a maximum period of up to 364 days where permitted by KINTO. (h) Where a Vehicle is not returned to the designated parking space by the Booking end day and time, and you have not extended the Booking or contacted us to advise that you are returning the Vehicle late, we may terminate the Booking and report you to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Making a Booking. 3.1. To become a customer of us you must first accurately complete either an (i) Account Application Form; (ii) Booking Form and or (iii) Sign-Up Form. The Order Form will provide you with the pricing details for the vehicles available to rent from us and or Additional Services you can elect to receive. 3.2. You understand and agree that the Account Application Form will be used by us to assess your credit rating for our internal purposes. 3.3. Once the relevant Order Forms have been duly completed and accepted by us you will be able to make any number of subsequent Bookings by completing the Booking Form and elect for any Additional Services by completing a Sign-Up Form. 3.4. On receipt of a Booking Form from you, we may accept the Booking Form and if accepted we will provide you with the requested Vehicles. Nothing in the Agreement obliges us to accept any Account Application Form or Booking Form. 3.5. On receipt of a Sign-Up Form from you, we may accept the Sign-Up Form and if accepted we will provide you with the requested Additional Services. Nothing in the Agreement obliges us to accept any Sign-Up Form.
Making a Booking. RESERVATION THROUGH RCI 2.1 The procedures for booking Accommodation are set out in the Club Rules and are subject to the conditions and charges set out in the Club Rules or otherwise published by the Club. You must comply with the Club Rules and with these Rules whenever you make a book- ing/reservation. 2.2 Without limitation, RCI reserves the right to refuse to make Accommodation available to you for booking where:- (1) you are unable to provide satisfactory evidence that you are a Club Member in good standing with your Club. RCI reserves the right to ask for satisfactory proof of identity and Club Membership; (2) RCI is or has been instructed not to do so by your Club or has been notified that you are in breach of Club Rules; (3) you fail to follow or comply with the Club Rules or with these Rules; (4) you fail (or have failed) to make any payment due under the Club Rules or under these Rules; (5) if RCI is required to do so by the laws, rules or regulations of any local, state, national or federal governmental entity or by any judicial, public, regulatory or law enforcement authority or court; (6) our agreement with your Club is terminated; (7) you bring any claims against RCI in respect of the services provided, the Accommodation, your Club Membership or any relevant trav- el arrangements; or (8) we believe you to be a vexatious or serial complainant who threatens or uses physical violence and/or harasses, abuses or is verbally aggressive to our employees. 2.3 You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking/reservation. 2.4 A legally binding contract with your Club is formed only when your booking/reservation is confirmed in writing by RCI as agent on behalf of your Club. 2.5 Confirmation of your booking/reservation will be valid only when issued to you in writing or email by RCI on behalf of your Club. You should check all the details on your confirmation carefully when you receive it and let us know as soon as possible if anything is incorrect. Subsequent changes made by you to any material aspect of your confirmation may not be possible and may be treated as a cancellation. 2.6 Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking and must be confirmed to us in writing. Whilst we will make rea- sonable efforts to try and arrange your reasonable special requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. Making a Booking. When you make a booking with us you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. An email confirmation will exist upon our accepting any money from you towards the booking or upon the issue of our confirmation or itinerary, whichever is the earlier. These conditions in conjunction with the information set out in our published information from the entire agreement between yourself and Scandinavia Divers, Inc. package becomes due and payable immediately, unless we have agreed in writing that you want to pay the total cost of the package. In any event, the initial 20% deposit of your Philippines package must be credited to Scandinavia Divers, Inc., within 30 days of reservation. Second payment or 50% deposit to pay 120 days before guest’s arrival. Final balance of payment including private transfer within 60 days before guest’s arrival. All payments received are non-refundable.

Making a Booking. 3.1 Once a provisional reservation has been made, an option on the date will be reserved for 14 days after which time the reservation will be released automatically unless the Hotel has received a signed Contract, booking form, insurance policy document and deposit due. 3.2 The Client must take out a wedding insurance policy to cover cancellation or abandonment and public liability insurance for a minimum £2,000,000 (to cover property damage at or to the Hotel or its contents by the Client or any person attending the Event, third party bodily insurance and third party damage as the Hotel does not accept liability for these). Insurance can also protect the Client against non-appearance of third party suppliers. The Hotel cannot accept any bookings until a copy of the insurance policy is provided. 3.3 The Hotel requires a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £1500.00 in order to confirm the booking. 3.4 Once the Hotel receives the Contract all such facilities and services reserved on the Client’s behalf will be bound by these terms and conditions. 3.5 The Client should make an appointment with the Hotel’s wedding coordinator approximately 8 weeks prior to the Event to discuss menu choices, wines etc. The Hotel requires the table plan, place cards and final numbers 7 days prior to the Event.

Making a Booking. 3.1. Groupia will contact the Supplier (by telephone or email using such details as may be provided by the Supplier from time to time) to establish the availability of a Programme. 3.2. Upon the Supplier’s confirmation of the availability of a relevant Programme, Groupia will send the Supplier a booking request (in such form as may be agreed between the parties from time to time) to confirm the reservation of activities, accommodation, entertainment, other associated services and the price for the Group in connection with that Programme (“Booking Request”). 3.3. Each Booking Request shall be part of this Contract and shall not form a separate contract. 3.4. Promptly and in any event within 48 hours of receipt of the Booking Request, the Supplier will send to Groupia a booking confirmation or confirm the booking via Connect (“Booking Confirmation”), to include: 3.4.1. an itinerary of the activities, entertainment, accommodation and associated services included in the Programme (“Services”); 3.4.2. specific details of any Services not included in the Programme; 3.4.3. confirmation of the price per person of the Programme, including any special requests regarding payment and any and all additional charges chargeable to the Group in accordance with clause 3.5 below; 3.4.4. notification of any damage/breakage/security deposits and relevant amount(s) to be paid/arranged in advance by the Group; 3.4.5. confirmation of any restrictions, conditions, limitations or requirements regarding the use or performance of any Services included within the Programme, which have been notified in advance in accordance with clause 3.5 below; and 3.4.6. any restrictions regarding the number, or minimum numbers, of people required for a Group. 3.5. The Supplier shall notify Groupia in writing of any restrictions, conditions, limitations or requirements affecting the use or performance of the Programme or any Service at least 24 hours in advance of sending the Booking Confirmation. If such notice is not provided in advance of the Booking Confirmation the relevant Booking Request shall not form part of the Contract between Groupia and the Supplier and Groupia shall not be bound by any Booking Request if such notice has not been provided in advance.
Making a Booking. 1. The Customer is hiring the Company to provide food, beverages, and related services, for the Event as detailed in the Booking Form. 2. The Customer shall submit a Booking Form to the Company, setting out the details of the planned Event. Details required include the dates for the proposed supply of Catering Services, the location and nature of the Venue, the nature, purpose and theme of the Event, the number of guests to be invited, technical requirements, food & beverage requirements and any additional requirements the Customer may have. 3. The Company shall use reasonable endeavours to satisfy the Customer’s requirements however the Company reserves the right to accept or reject a Booking Form at its discretion, or suggest alternative arrangements where relevant. 4. The Company reserves the right to reject any Booking Form submitted in relation to a proposed Event which the Company considers, in its sole discretion, to be contrary to the Company’s principles, ethos or brand image. 5. A Booking Form shall not be accepted, and no Booking / Contract is confirmed, until the Company has issued written acceptance of the Booking. 6. If a Booking Form is accepted by the Company, the Booking / Contract is confirmed and the date shall be reserved for the Customer subject to receipt of the Fees as outlined in Clause 4.1 and subject to these Terms and Conditions. 7. If a Booking Form is rejected by the Company such rejection, including any communication (including suggestions of alternative arrangements) that may accompany such rejection, shall not constitute a counter-offer capable of acceptance by the Customer.
Making a Booking i) Groupia will contact the Supplier with the original request (by phone / e-mail etc) to establish availability of the Programme ii) On confirmation of availability Groupia will send the Supplier a booking form or booking request (to hold provisional reservations) regarding requirements for activities, accommodation, entertainment and or other associated services for the intended Group, which iii) The Supplier will send to Groupia a proposal response to include:  An itinerary of the items/activities/services included  Specific details of any items or services not included in the above price  The price per person of the activities/services/accommodation including any special requests regarding payment and the amount of any deposit  Notification of any damage/breakage/security deposits to be paid/arranged in advance by the Group  Any restrictions, conditions or limitations or requirements on the use of such facilities or services. These conditions or limitations or requirements on the use of such facilities or services must be sent prior to confirmation of the booking, else the booking may not be considered committed otherwise. Also see section 10) disclaimers.  Any restrictions on the number of people including any minimum numbers necessary iv) Once the Programme has been finalised, Groupia will send the Supplier written confirmation that will constitute the Programme. The Supplier should notify Groupia in writing within 5 days of any errors or omissions in the Programme.
