Travel Documents. To receive your travel documents prior to departure, final payment must be received in our office 60 days prior to departure. Your travel documents will be made electronically available to you at least 30 days prior to departure. Guests will be advised of their Kamloops, Whistler, or Quesnel accommodation upon check-in at the departure station.
Travel Documents. If Your Travel Documents are stolen during Your Journey, We will reimburse:
1. the replacement cost of Travel Documents, including the actual expenses charged by the issuing authority for the replacement; and
2. the additional reasonable and necessary Covered Transport, accommodation, meals and communication expenses incurred at the place of loss at Overseas and for the sole purpose of obtaining Your emergency Travel Documents to continue the Journey or return Home.
Travel Documents. Your specific passport and visa requirements as well as any other immigration requirements are your own responsibility and you must clarify this with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in situations where you cannot travel because you do not meet the latest requirements. If you have made independent travel arrangements, you are responsible for boarding the ship in good time, regardless of any changes to the sailing times and dates or travel routes. We cannot refund monies paid to us, or a third party that acts on our or your behalf, or give compensation or make any payments when you, regardless of the reason, do not board the ship. Customers that disembark are responsible for boarding the ship again before departure from the port.
Travel Documents. Each Customer desiring transportation across any international boundary is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and for complying with the laws of each country flown from, though, or into which he or she desires transportation. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Customers must pay the applicable fare whenever Cape Air, on government order, is required to return a Customer to the point of origin or elsewhere due to the Customer’s inadmissibility into, or deportation from, a country.
Travel Documents. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking on behalf of the player to ensure that the player has valid travel documents, such as visas or passports. Players must have their own passports. Parents are responsible for sending the Club Secretary, Xxx Xxxxxxx the players’ passport details as requested and if this information is received the Club has the right to refuse to take the player on the trip without any refund being provided. The Club, District Football Limited and the staff accept no responsibility for lost passport, currency, clothing or other valuables. This clause sets out the entire financial liability of the Club and District Football Limited (including any liability for the acts or omissions of its employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors) to the parent and player (whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise). All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this agreement Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes the liability of the Club and District Football Limited
Travel Documents. A. Each Passenger desiring transportation across any international boundary is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and for complying with the laws of each country flown from, through or into which he/she desires transportation. The Passenger will pay or reimburse each carrier for any loss, damage, or expense suffered or incurred by such carrier by reason of such Passenger’s failure to do so. Tradewind is not liable for any assistance or information provided by any agent/employee of Tradewind to any Passenger relating to such documents or compliance with such laws, or for the consequences to any Passenger resulting from his/her failure to obtain such documents or to comply with such laws. Where legally permitted, Tradewind reserves the right to hold, photocopy or otherwise reproduce a travel document presented by any Passenger.
B. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, the Passenger must pay the applicable fare whenever Tradewind, on government order, is required to return a Passenger to his/her point of origin or elsewhere due to the Passenger’s inadmissibility into/or deportation from a country. The fare will be the applicable fare in effect at the time of the original Ticket’s issuance. Any difference between the applicable fare and the fare paid will be collected from or refunded to the Passenger, as the case may be. Tradewind will apply to the payment of such fares any funds paid by the Passenger for unused carriage or any funds of the Passenger in possession of Tradewind. The fare collected for carriage to the point of refusal of entry or deportation will not be refunded by Tradewind unless the law of such country requires that the fare be refunded.
C. This Rule and its limitations include, but is not limited to, Travel Documents related to travel by minors. Some countries require special documents for minors traveling with only one parent to/from an international destination.
Travel Documents. You agree to review your itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and to inform us promptly of any issues. The names on your documents must match your government-issued identification documents. You agree that Next Travel will not be liable for the loss, destruction, theft, etc. of any of your travel documents.
Travel Documents. It is Traveler’s responsibility to obtain information regarding, and to have in Traveler’s possession, all necessary documentation and identification required for entry, departure, and travel to each country or region. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits, and certificates (including, but not limited to, vaccination or medical certificates), permits (including, but not limited to, mountain expedition permits and permits allowing travel to specific areas within a particular country) and insurance policies. Traveler must have a passport that is valid six (6) months after the last date of travel with Infinity or FA as set out on Traveler’s itinerary. Traveler accepts full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas, permits, and certificates prior to the start of the Tour. Traveler is solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. Traveler agrees that Traveler is responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by Infinity or FA that is a direct result of Traveler’s failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation. Infinity or FA does not provide advice on travel documents and makes no representations or warrantees as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on, but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, or special equipment.
Travel Documents. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary travel documents for your trip, including valid passport and visa. For entry into most countries you will need to have at least 6 months of validity left on your passport from the date you intend to leave that country. Please check the entry requirements for the country you plan on travelling to. At times, Ultimate Adventure Travel may be forced to cancel a trip start date, in which case a revised trip date will be offered to you. (Reasons may include, but are not limited to, weather and safety conditions etc). We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including, but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights. If this occurs and it is not possible for you to participate in a Tour with a different start date we will offer a full refund, however you shall not be entitled to make any claim for loss arising as a consequence of cancellation or curtailment in these circumstances. Our “Adventures” ‘Experiences’ ‘Short’ and ‘Package’ products may be operated in conjunction with other tour operators & third party suppliers and are therefore subject to component-specific booking & cancellation policy. Please refer to the FAQ page if there are more for specific booking terms. Your enjoyment and safety is our main concern, and we want you to have a great time. However, antisocial / abusive / dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anyone who is deliberately not complying, or causing trouble, to leave the group – in which case no refund will be given and you will have no claim against Ultimate Adventure Travel. By booking your tour with Ultimate Adventure Travel, you acknowledge that the nature of travel is adventurous and participation involves a degree of personal risk. In some cases, you may be visiting places where the political, cultural and geographical attributes present dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in our daily lives. We use all available information in assessing whether the itinerary should operate and group leaders will always be with you during group activities to advise on best practice with regards to safety however there may still be inherent risks due to the nature of the activity and you need to take all reasonable precautions at all times. Travel Documents. Participants must carry a valid passport that will remain effective for at least six months beyond the Program return date. Participants will be provided with information concerning passports and/or tourist cards, visas, and immunizations where needed, but obtaining them are the responsibility of the applicant. Moreover, Participants will be responsible for carrying and safeguarding their own documentation (such as passports, tourist cards, visas) during the entire Program. ACCOMMODATIONS: We seek to provide appropriate accommodations representative of the area, which provide typical cuisine and service. In some rural project areas program participants may sleep in tents and/or other rustic encampments without permanent bathroom facilities or heating. Program participants should make themselves fully aware of the living conditions provided with each program before applying. Nicaragua participants will be staying in a beach lodge. ROOMMATES: Our accommodations will be on a shared basis and participants will be assigned roommates. CMW will not have any coed accommodations for participants. ITEMS NOT INCLUDED: Round trip airfare is not included. Items of a personal nature, such as the following, are also not included: excess baggage or portage charges, personal, trip, or baggage insurance, room service, laundry, phone calls, bottled drinking water, food or beverages NOTICE: CMW reserves the right to make changes or substitutions in the interest of the program in order to meet unexpected situations, such as increases in fares and accommodation rates, airline failures, changes in currency rates, etc., prior to departure. Additional charges or refunds will be made to participants where applicable. However, no refund will be made for accommodations or services, included in the price, which are not utilized during the program by the Participant. We reserve the right to cancel the Program, if deemed necessary for reasons including insufficient program participation and circumstances beyond CMW’s control, such as strikes, lockouts, riots, wars, or Acts of God. In such an event, CMW shall have no responsibility, beyond the refund of deposits and monies paid to CMW by the participants, within 30 days, by means of a bank check.
