Rentals are considered definitive solely after issue of a booking confirmation by SAS Camping de La Pascalinette, subject to availabilities, and after receipt of the relevant down payment together with these General Terms of Sale: - either by returning these pages to us duly dated, signed and approved; - or by approving them at the time of the online booking; and constitutes a rental undertaking. Rentals are personal and non-transferable. Sub-letting is not allowed, subject to immediate expulsion. In accordance with article L 121-20-4 of the French consumer code overriding article 121-20 of the same code, services booked online are not subject to a withdrawal period. The amounts paid are therefore non- refundable.
