Common use of Bookrunners, Etc Clause in Contracts

Bookrunners, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers, the Syndication Agent and the Documentation Agents shall have any duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an Issuing Lender hereunder, but shall have the benefit of the indemnities, reimbursement and exculpation provisions set forth herein.
