Books and Materials. The District shall be responsible for disseminating and retrieving books and materials as necessary for course completion. Since classroom texts are the property of the District, they will be checked out by District staff to eligible students enrolled in and participating in the SECR Program. In connection therewith, the District shall immediately notify the Charter School of any offenses committed by students that may require suspension and/or expulsion.
