The Board further recognizes that specialized programs require special materials in order to be effective. The parties will confer for the purpose of improving the selection and use of such educational tools, on an annual basis. The Board will attempt to implement all joint decisions made by its representative and the Association. The Board agrees at all times to keep the school reasonably equipped and maintained.
