Books and Records; Information. The Debtor shall keep accurate and complete books and records of the Collateral and the Debtor’s business and financial condition in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied. The Debtor shall from time to time at the request of the Secured Party deliver to the Secured Party such information regarding the Collateral and the Debtor as the Secured Party may request, including, without limitation, lists and descriptions of the Collateral and evidence of the identity and existence of the Collateral. To the extent required by Section 4.04 of this Agreement, the Debtor shall xxxx its books and records to reflect the security interest of the Secured Party under this Agreement.
