Books and Records of the Manager. At all reasonable times and on reasonable notice, the Company and any Person authorized by the Company shall have access to, and the right to inspect the books, records and data stored in computers and all documentation of the Manager pertaining to all Services performed, or to be performed, by the Manager or the Management Fee paid, or to be paid, by the Company to the Manager, in each case, hereunder. There shall be no cost or expense charged by any Party to another Party pursuant to the exercise of any right under this Section 5.2.
