Not in limitation of the foregoing, the books and records of account of the Bank contain sufficient information, in reasonably accessible form and format, to enable it to conduct business in the ordinary course with respect to the assets and liabilities of the Bank, including but not limited to information which would enable it to make any required filings under the Bank Secrecy Act and regulations promulgated thereunder.
