Books of Accounts Meetings. 9.1 BOOKS The Partnership will maintain complete and accurate books of account of the Partnership's affairs at the Partnership's principal office, which books will be open to inspection by any Partner (or its authorized representative) at any time during ordinary business hours. 9.2 FISCAL YEAR The fiscal year of the Partnership will be the calendar year, unless otherwise determined by the General Partner. 9.3 REPORTS The General Partner will furnish the Limited Partners:
