Borrowers' Rights and Obligations Unaffected. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no assignment or participation by any Lender shall result in any material change in any of the Loan Documents, any additional or increased cost or obligation to Borrowers or reduce the rights or benefits of the Borrowers hereunder without the prior written consent of the Borrowers' Agent.
