Bounced Payroll Checks. Should any employee’s check be returned by the bank for any reason, the Individual Employer shall be required to pay all bank charges. Bounced Payroll Checks. Whenever an Employer’s payroll check is returned from the bank because of insufficient funds, said Employer, upon notification, shall redeem said check by means of cash or money order. The Employer shall be assessed damages of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or twenty percent (20%) of the net amount of the check, whichever amount is greater.
