Job Reporting. By fax or email, all contractors are required to report job starts, a list of current members working on the job, length of project, General Contractor, and Sub-Contractors BEFORE beginning the project. In addition, District Council 21 shall be notified of all new hires by fax or email. District Council 21 will supply a copy of the required form. This also pertains to the loaning of men from one contractor to another. Continued violations of these terms could result in an automatic placement of a XXXXXXX.
Job Reporting. Each Individual Employer shall notify the Union, in writing, on a Job Reporting Form to be provided by the Union, of each job on which he or she will be performing work covered by this Agreement. The Job Reporting Form shall include, but not be limited to, the following information: the name and address of the job; the job identification number; the jobsite telephone number; the name of the general contractor and its contact person; the job description (e.g. school or office building); the estimated starting and completion dates; and the estimated number of hours of covered work to be performed. Such notice shall be given at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the commencement of work. On jobs where the time factor does not permit registration of jobs prior to their commencement, the Individual Employer shall notify the Union by telephone giving all pertinent information regarding the specific job. The Union may withhold or withdraw workers from the Employer for failure to comply with this section.
Job Reporting. (a) The Employer shall report in writing by email or any other method agreed to by the Joint Trade Board (JTB), to the Secretary- Treasurer, and prior to the commencement of work on all new job sites where Bargaining Unit Work is to be performed, regardless of the location of the Bargaining Unit Work or the Union’s geographical jurisdiction. A report must be filed once, per job.
(b) All reporting will be in a format approved by the JTB and will include, but not be limited to, the job site name, job site address, approximate start date, approximate end date.
(c) An Employer that fails to report job sites as required by sub-Section (a) may be fined $500 per violation and may be subject to charges which may be filed with the Painters’ District Council No. 6

The Company shall submit quarterly Jobs reports to the County and EDD documenting its quarterly filing using the Company’s system of record for tracking employment in the form and manner required by the County every July 31, October 31, January 31 and April 30, until the completion of this Agreement. The State will provide copies of all such reports to the County. The County may request a copy of the Company’s quarterly employment reports at any time while this Agreement is in effect and the Company agrees to provide such documents. The Company acknowledges this quarterly reporting will be relied upon by the County and the State to ascertain if the Company is in compliance with the job creation provisions of this Agreement and all subsequent and ancillary agreements. The Company will receive no disbursements of State Contribution as stipulated in this Agreement without up-to-date quarterly job reporting as set forth herein.

The Company shall submit quarterly employment reports documenting its quarterly filing of the Department of Workforce Solutions’ (DWS) Employment and Wage Detail Reporting as submitted to DWS in the form and manner required by EDD and the County beginning with the July 31, 2023 and continuing every October 31, January 31, and July 31, thereafter until the completion of this agreement. The State will provide copies of all such reports to the County or the State may request a copy of the Company’s quarterly employment reports at any time while this Agreement is in effect and the Company agrees to provide such documents. The Company acknowledges this quarterly reporting will be relied upon by the County and the State to ascertain if the Company is in compliance with the job creation provisions of this Agreement and all subsequent and ancillary agreements. The Company will receive no disbursements of State Contribution as stipulated in this Agreement without up- to-date quarterly job reporting as set forth herein.
