BPSAA. For the purposes of clarity, if the Recipient is subject to the BPSAA and there is a conflict between any of the requirements of the Agreement and the requirements of the BPSAA, the BPSAA shall prevail.
BPSAA. For greater clarity, if the Recipient is subject to the BPSAA and there is a conflict between the BPSAA and a requirement under this Article A5 of the Agreement, the BPSAA will apply and prevail to the extent of that conflict.
BPSAA. For the purposes of clarity, if the UTM/DDA is subject to the BPSAA and there is a conflict between any of the requirements of the Agreement and the requirements of the BPSAA, the BPSAA shall prevail.
