LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING (1990) It is agreed by the parties to this agreement that should a situation arise concerning employee discrimination regarding hiring, then the parties to this agreement shall meet within five working days to discuss the allegations. The Hearing Committee shall be comprised of three representatives from CASA and three representatives from the U.A. Negotiating Committee. If agreement is reached by the Hearing Committee described above, such agreement shall be final and binding on all parties. If no agreement is reached then the parties will submit the issue to an Impartial Arbitrator as outlined in Article 28, paragraph E and F.
