Branded Goods/Branded Stock. In the event of a claim for loss or destruction of or damage to the Property Insured by this Section, any salvage of branded goods and/or merchandise, whether the Insured’s own or held by the Insured in trust or on commission and/or goods sold but not delivered, shall not be disposed of by sale without the prior consent of the Insured. If such salvage is not disposed of by sale then the loss, destruction or damage will be assessed at the value agreed between the Insured and the Company after brands, labels or names have been removed by or on behalf of the Insured

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service. 2.3.2 BellSouth shall make available the following UDLs, subject to restrictions set forth herein:

Such third-party hardware, software and/or services is provided by ResMed "AS IS," without any warranty of any kind. Any representations or warranties as to such hardware, software and/or services shall only be as granted by the applicable third parties, if any, that accompany such products and/or software and/or services. Any representations, warranties, or other similar obligations with respect to such third-party hardware, software and/or services flow directly from the third party to Customer and ResMed shall have no responsibility at all for any such representations, warranties, obligations or lack thereof.

  • Other Products and Services As our customer, you have access to a suite of financial products and services availed by ourselves, our affiliates and strategic partners designed to help you address and achieve your financial needs and goals. You agree that you can obtain information about such Products and Services via our website xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and you further agree that we can from time to time communicate information in relation to such Products or Services to you specifically or generally to all cardmembers via such communication mode as we consider appropriate.

  • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws. You hereby release NCR Voyix from any and all liability associated with any damages or claims arising out of or related to third-party products. Any representations or warranties that may be provided in connection with any such third-party products or services are provided solely by their supplier. NCR Voyix will not be responsible for any of your dealings or interactions with any of those third-party suppliers.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Freedom has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Freedom. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Freedom (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Freedom, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Freedom will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.
