Branding for Wholesale OCP and DA. 9.1 AT&T’s branding feature provides a definable announcement to Universal Telecom, Inc’s customers using AT&T’s DA/OCP prior to placing such customers in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This featureallows Universal Telecom, Inc to have its calls custom branded with Universal Telecom, Inc’s name on whose behalf AT&T is providing DA and/or OCP. Rates for the branding features are set forth in Exhibit D.
