Common use of Branding (Other Clause in Contracts

Branding (Other. 10.12.1 CLEC shall not, without SBC-AMERITECH's prior written consent, offer any Resale Service to any Customer under any brand name, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, insignia, symbols or decorative designs of SBC-AMERITECH, its subsidiaries or its Affiliates, nor shall CLEC state or imply that there is any joint business association or any similar arrangement with SBC-AMERITECH in the provision of Resale Service to CLEC's Customers, except to the extent CLEC deems it necessary to advise its Customers that SBC-AMERITECH's personnel will perform work on behalf of CLEC under this Agreement.
