Common use of Brands Clause in Contracts

Brands. 11.2.1. The execution of an Order does not give any right to the Buyer upon the brands of the Seller, his hallmarks, logos and on the name “Marcegaglia”. 11.2.2. In case the Buyer does not conform to article 11.2.1. and the law concerning brands and copyright, the Seller has the right to act according to the law on intellectual property as well as according to the law on unfair competition.
