Reimbursable Expenses If the Compensation Table set forth in Attachment C of this Approved Service Order states that the City will reimburse the Consultant for expenses, then only the expenses identified in Subsection 10.5.3 of the Master Agreement are Reimbursable Expenses unless the following box is marked and additional reimbursable expenses are set forth: In addition to the expenses identified in Subsection 10.5.3 of the Master Agreement, the following expenses are Reimbursable Expenses: Additional Reimbursable Expense(s) Mark-up
Litigation Expenses If either party successfully seeks to enforce any provision of this Agreement or to collect any amount claimed to be due under it, this party will be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for any and all of its out-of-pocket expenses and costs including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in connection with the enforcement or collection.
