Respond or “Response” means any action taken pursuant to Environmental Laws to correct, remove, remediate, cleanup, prevent, mitigate, monitor, evaluate, investigate or assess the Release of a Hazardous Substance.
Responder means a vendor who responds to a Solicitation.
Responsive Offer or means an offer which conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the request for proposals. Material respects of a request for proposals include, but are not limited to price, quality, quantity or delivery requirements.
Responsive Offeror means the Offeror who submits a Proposal that conforms in all material respects to this Request for Proposals, Instruction to Offerors and the Plans and Specifications which are incorporated herein by this reference.
Response means the material submitted by the respondent in answering the solicitation.
Reply means a document containing a utility’s reaction to any protest or response to the utility’s advice letter.
Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).
Offeror’s Notice means the notice described in Section 12.3.
Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).
Responding Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(a).
Respondent means an individual who has been reported to be the perpetrator of conduct that could constitute sexual harassment.
Claimants means any Persons who have submitted a Claim to the Receiver or to the Joint Liquidators.
Responsive means a Proposal that has substantially complied in all material respects with the criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal.
Responsive bidder means a person who has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects
Responding tribunal means the authorized tribunal in a responding state or foreign country.
Response Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).
Response Deadline means 60 days after the Administrator mails Notice to Class Members and Aggrieved Employees, and shall be the last date on which Class Members may: (a) fax, email, or mail Requests for Exclusion from the Settlement, or (b) fax, email, or mail his or her Objection to the Settlement. Class Members to whom Notice Packets are resent after having been returned undeliverable to the Administrator shall have an additional 14 calendar days beyond the Response Deadline has expired.
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Timely Notice means a stockholder’s notice to the Secretary of the Corporation which must be delivered to or mailed and received at the principal executive offices of the Corporation not less than ninety (90) days nor more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the first anniversary of the preceding year’s annual meeting of stockholders; provided, however, that in the event that the date of the annual meeting is more than thirty (30) days before, or more than sixty (60) days after, such anniversary date, notice by the stockholder to be timely must be so delivered not earlier than the one hundred twentieth (120th) day prior to such annual meeting and not later than the ninetieth (90th) day prior to such annual meeting or, if later, the tenth (10th) day following the day on which the date that such annual meeting was Publicly Disclosed (as defined above).
Review means a financial or operational audit, investigation, inspection or other form of review requested or required by the LHIN under the terms of LHSIA or this Agreement, but does not include the annual audit of the HSP’s financial statements;
FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
Responding state means a state in which a petition or comparable pleading for support or to determine parentage of a child is filed or to which a petition or comparable pleading is forwarded for filing from another state or a foreign country.
Responsible Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Respondent is a Responsible Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.
Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.
Answer means a concise response outlining the employer's position on the grievance.
Review Notice means the notice from the Indenture Trustee to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Servicer directing the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform a Review.
