Compliance with Professional Standards. Physician shall perform all Services contemplated by this Agreement in accordance with the standards of professional ethics and practice as may from time to time be applicable to the fields of medicine and radiology, in the United States and in each of the states in which Physician holds a License, including standards promulgated from time to time by the American College of Radiology for the practice of radiology and teleradiology.
Compliance with Professional Standards. Unless prohibited by law, regulation or agency policy, all members of the American Polygraph Association (APA) shall comply with the APA Standards of Practice. Additionally, all examiners should be responsible for knowing and adhering to standards of ASTM International.
Compliance with Professional Standards. Xxxxx shall provide his services in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct governing New Jersey attorneys representing institutional clients, and shall refrain from any conflicts of interest or other actions that would compromise the interests of the Board.

Contractor represents that the Services provided under this Contract shall be performed in accordance with generally established professional standards and practices for such Services existing at the time and location that the Services are performed, in accordance with the best practices in Contractor’s industry, and that such Services will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and ordinances.
Compliance with Professional Standards. Physician agrees that, at all times during the Term, Physician shall perform all President Duties and Radiologic Services in accordance with the standards of professional ethics and practice as may from time to time be applicable in the fields of medicine and radiology, in the United States, generally, and in the states set forth on Exhibit B (“States”), in particular. Physician acknowledges and agrees that all studies signed by Physician will have been reviewed by that Physician personally such that Physician accepts complete responsibility for the contents of all signed reports.
Compliance with Professional Standards. Any Tenant who shall be engaged in any trade, occupation or profession which is regulated by the City and County, State or Federal government or which is self policing, shall at all times during the term of its Lease or any extension thereof, be and remain in good standing with such regulatory or self policing body, and in the event such Tenant shall be disciplined pursuant to final disciplinary action from which there is no further appeal, at Xxxxxxxx's sole discretion, Landlord may terminate such Tenant's Lease forthwith excepted where such final disciplinary action was as a direct result of the actions of an "independent representative" as that term is used as of the date hereof in Tenant's business operations.
Compliance with Professional Standards. In performing its obligations under this Agreement, the Engineer and each of its agents, servants, employees, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by Engineer, shall strive to perform its services in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of its profession currently practicing in the same locality under similar conditions. Any designs, drawings, reports, or specifications prepared or furnished by Engineer that contain errors, conflicts, or omissions will be promptly corrected by Engineer at no cost to the District.
